Its PAL or NTSC, it may be a stupid question, but someone who seems interested asked me. (And i dont know what to say)

where do you live? if you live in PAL country, then it's a very good chance it's PAL not NTSC.

does the screen roll when you play the game? and best bet to know, what are the colors like in the game screen? (can you post a picture of the game screen)

if NTSC this game is worth A LOT $$$ and is it loose or boxed?

The best way is to try it out on your console.

PAL TV + PAL console + PAL mangia -> displays correctly
PAL TV + PAL console + NTSC mangia -> colors are not displayed correctly
NTSC TV + NTSC console + NTSC mangia -> displays correctly
NTSC TV + NTSC console + PALmangia -> screen rolls.

If you want to know how the game should look like find some screenshots or fire up the game in an emulator.

In any way, i guess your copy is PAL. I think only 1 or 2 NTSC Mangia's have been found so far.
