I was just browsing the Colecovision easter egg section and figured I'd try that "enter and exit a room 6 times" thing on the real arcade version of Venture (in Mame) as well. Welp, it works there as well! I guess the Colecovision port is even MORE true to the arcade version that I thought!

In the case of the arcade version that was done to stop one player from "tying up" the machine for too long.
