the game just came out and you guys are already using codes.
all i gotta say, is please try the missions until you can't beat it without the codes. it makes the game that much funner

It'll also give you $250,000 and full armor each time you use it.
Out of curiosity, will something eventually pop up telling you to eat if you just use the full health cheat and don't eat anywhere?

Me, when I first started VC I used the codes just to goof around till I got really into the game, but that's just me.

If you just keep using the codes and not eat then your muscle etc. will get weakened (sp?)

yeah, i beat all the missions before cheating, and i didnt wreck my good file for cheating either ( i have 2 saves :) ) And yes as i see it, not eating when you have no fat starts to affect your muscles, and if you leave it long enough to burn all your muscle, i assume it then goes into your health reserve? im not going to be the one to find that out, though :P
oh yeah, all guns + slow mo = :D

I don't want to. The only reason I actually play the missions is to advance the story line so I can have access to the entire island/city. Most of the time I just drive/fly around exploring and blow stuff up.

I suppose. But like I can understand people thinking "bollocks to the missions, just unlock the game, so I can drive round like a looney" LOL
I don't have the game yet, been playing catch up on all the games I want to finish first. Because I know once I get GTA:SA everything else will go on the shelf for months.
My question is about the lower wanted level cheat. Does it work when you swim over to the other city (before you unlock it) to get rid of the instant 4 stars?

Nope, it doesn't. Same goes with when you enter the military base, the code doesn't work until you leave that area.

I figured this out last night. I hadn't eaten for a while and something popped up telling me I needed to eat, which led to a run to the nearby Burger Shot. I lost some muscle along the way. I was at full health when the message popped up.

Same here, although I do get into codes when I'm stuck in a mission or when some police car slams into me outta nowhere. One of the most annoying parts of the GTA games is when you're minding your own business and all of a sudden you've got some star because a pig can't watch where he's going.
I haven't used the health cheat that much in SA, because I don't like getting that much money so fast. I wish Rockstar had made separate codes.

Nope. The 4 stars just pop back up a second or two later.
