Yee-haw! Not wanting to get on the wrong side of the law in this thar town, I'll only be posting this once.

My giant sell-off continues with a big old buncha Megadrive games, including several of the rarest PAL games around ... and they're probably not what you think they are! (those ones will be coming up later :D ... Alien Soldier and Mega Man are gonna be appearing some time along with appropriate import adapters that will allow them to play on Genesis / Jap Megadrive systems)

Everything is to be found right here .. 7 day only!

If you read the title of this thread, which is most likely if you are reading this, then you know that all DP members get 10% of the final price of any item they win (postage is not included) Just PM me here after the auction ends to claim.

Others have reaped the benefits of this on my previous lots, and I will be happy to know that this stuff is going to a good home!

There's a few other bits and bobs in with the Megadrive stuff .. Ninja Warriors for Mega CD, sealed Galaga (Atari 7800), Clean Sweep (Vectrex), Virtua Racing (32X), a few Japanese Saturn games (some factory sealed!)

That's all!!!

Book-marked a few of 'em ;)
I'll be interested to see what that Spiderman goes for - weeks of patient checking of every Spiderman game on ebay.de paid off for me and I got one for €3, but I've only seen mebbe 4 or 5 apart from that.

Yeah, I wouldn't be suprised if it goes quite low actually. And the same for Fatal Fury 2 - the thing is, there are very few people who actually know how rare it is. It was a real arse to find a complete copy, even a skanky one like that!!

I sold my incomplete copy a while back when I eventually got hold of this one, and it went for a pittance. Likewise, I think that most Megadrive collectors don't even know that Spiderman game exists, never mind how hard it is to find. We shall see!

do you happen to have a zero wing cart?????
I am ignorant to its scarcity/value in the uk, but i'd be very interested in that cart if you do have one yet that hasnt been listed, as well as whatever contraption i need to play it on my ntsc genesis...thanks...

Well, the last Fatal Fury 2 that was on ebay.com.au went for $30ish AU to an Australian bidder (i dont think there were any internationals) but then it didnt mention that it was rare so maybe youll have better luck.
Im tempted to bid on that bomberman multitap combo, but i'd probably get boned on postage and the exchange rate :(

Zero Wing is uncommon-ish but not too hard-to-find. (R4 in the DP Guide). It usually makes around £6-£10 on eBay UK. Happily plays on a Genesis without a convertor aswell. :)

im highly interested in several of these games, but i am also worried about the postal charges, how much do you think it would be to get 4 or 5 of these games to america? gloucester VA 23061 to be exact.

I'm more cynical than you can believe right now.
Are you telling me, that I can buy a PAL zero Wing cart, stick it in my NTSC/U genesis 1, and it will play without issue?!?!?! is a 32X going to mess that up?!?!

Yes. Region-protection wasn't used on 1st Party Genesis/MD games until mid '93 (though there's also later titles that are still universal, eg. Sonic 3D).

I've got an NTSC/U Genesis 1 and can conclusively 100% confirm that it'll work without problem.
Not sure if it'll be the same through a 32X, but you can always just unplug it ;)

Thanks for the postage info, i had a crack at the Bomberman pack but alas, the Australian dollar is worth too little (or the pound is worth too damn much) and i am but a poor student :(

Thats ok though, because we have the ashes :D

Haha .. I will be burned at the stake if my boss finds out I said this ... but as for the Ashes, you can keep 'em. Cricket is the one sport that can send me to sleep faster than the shipping forecast.

To be honest, I don't dig any sport really apart from Badminton. And we got Olympic Silver in that. I bunked off work to go and watch it in our social room .. and found my boss already in there! Hmm ..

Sorry about the Bomberman pack .. I am suprised it didn't end higher, actually. Ah well.

Well, the ones I was watching got too rich for my blood - wheelaa strikes again!
Congrats Joel, but think I'll stick to scouring eBay.de & eBay.au for bargains instead :)

Well, i think wheelaa only won one of them in the end - so it's not just him. I guess the market is good at the moment for some of this stuff.

I don't think he's going to be too disappointed though, since he's bought a lot of other nice stuff recently .. including a sealed Elevator Action Returns for a real steal of a price!! Plus he's getting a bunch of other stuff off me, including my Sega Megadrive Action Chair. I'm almost regretting letting that go .. it's pretty cool!
