Rarity of PC Engine Valis Visual Collection sealed NEW

I've heard this is rather rare or hard to find PC Engine title.
I've seen few but never seen one still sealed brand new condition till recently. I'm wondering what'll be the value of this one then?

I was quoted $100 for this one... ???

already checked but unless I'm mistaken it's for complete or loose yea?

that one's sealed brance new copy so I wasn't sure how much more do I expect to pay for it...

I'm going to get it then before the seller changes his mind. :p
