How do you play Sega CD & 32x games on the GENS emulator

I've read the FAQs and all of that, but I'm still clueless as to what exactly I have to do to boot Sega CD and 32X games on the GENS emulator.

P.S. Anyone know where on the net I can find a good variety of Sega CD roms?

For Sega CD games just go File then boot CD then it will run the sega cd game.
