Is my game new or re-wrapped?

I know this topic has been discussed before and I did use the search feature but its touchy and I couldn't seem to find the info I wanted. If you happen to know where abouts it is , please re-direct me.

Anyways I bought a big lot of stuff off ebay from a guy who knew nothing about games at all. He was selling it for his neighbour or something. Anyways it turns out in the lot there is alot of games that look brand new. I asked the guy about this and he said he doesnt know if they are brand new or if his neighbour re-wrapped them. I plan on reselling alot of these and I want to make sure before do that I know if they are "new" or not.

Anyways .... my question is.

How can I tell if these are legit new copies?

I heard about people lookin at the seal and stuff but I just don't get it!

I say it will be danm near impossible to tell on those. Genesis didn't even have a seal "type" it was just wrapped so it is very hard to tell. Snes games have started to get into that categorey as well. People have figured out how to seal almost any game. It sucks if you are collecting or selling sealed games.

Ugh that sucks.

Cause I wanted to re-sell the sealed ones , but if they arent actually new I don't wanna ebay them away. Maybe when I get some pics I will post them here and you guys can take a looksie!
