View Full Version : weirdest videogame stuff you own
For me, I would have to say that it is a copy of Gauntlet, which is missing the actual game. The label on the back is intact, so I really don't think that the cartridge was altered.
Anyway, what is yours?

I have a sign that used to be at a local target during the snes days. It had mario on it and a list of nintendo's value (such as our games don't contain blood and gore, stuff like that) as soon as MK2 came out I asked if I could have it and they said ok.

I like my random videogame schwag.
Ive got an official PlayStation Neon sign, numerous game and system lanyards, a PlayStation 2 Pencil holder, a few different lapel pins including one from Nintendo Power for getting all of the first 50 issues or something (that I got when I was little). A dreamcast pen, thats orange and has the little swirl on the top of it. I know that theres tons more, but this is just some of what springs to mind right now.

my weirdest thing would probably be a copy of Panzer Dragoon Saga pressed on official Sega Saturn disks. Back when the Saturn was still popular I was buddies with a Sega employee who opened the game vault and pressed some game discs for me. In exchange I traded him some SNES rpgs. I also got a copy of Burning Rangers, Winter Heat, Quake, and Duke Nukem. The PDS though might be the rarest of PDS of all as they are official discs, but nothing printed on them (does have the SEGA trademark logo on the inner ring though).

Hmmm, the weirdest, eh...
I got a US Star Ocean 2 story display (a huge cardboard box that looks just like the game's case), three Star Ocean 3 cellphone straps of minerals from the game (one of the four relatively common ones, and the two really rare crystals from 7-Eleven and the now defunct DigiCube), and well... I guess my Star Ocean hentai is kinda weird too. ;)
Oh, and I suppose some of the crap I got from the Nintendo Power catalog back in the day is kind of fruity (no, I didn't buy the pogs, haha). Most unusual would probably be my DKC bike helmet and my fancy ($20 each) pens of Donkey and Diddy.

oohh...i thought of something else. Probably the weirdest thing I have are some Bloody Wolf bandana's (tg-16) that I got for free for calling an 800 number back in the day. I'm sure I'm not the only one with these as I called the number for a week with a different family members name and got every one of them, so I think that there were plenty made.

Star Ocean Hentai? Say WHAT? :eek 2:
There's tons of it. :) There's pretty much tons of hentai for every notable Japanese RPG in existence since the mid 90s. With SO2, it's mostly just Rena with every phallic thing in existence. o_O Every now and then you'll come across a yaoi comic with Crawd x Dias or Bowman x Ashton or something... Star Ocean 3 doujinshi is especially funny. :) There's almost no hentai for it, just yaoi. Usually with Fate as the bitch. Fate x Cliff, Fate x Arbel, etc., but Cliff x Arbel is pretty popular too. O_o I don't own any yaoi yet, though, or any Star Ocean 3 doujinshi of any kind. I just have a couple Star Ocean 2 and Valkyrie Profile hentai comics.

I'm not 100% sure I still have it or not, since I can't seem to find it at my parents house, but I don't think my mom would have thrown all of it away (maybe opened it and threw away the circa 1990 candy) but I have a little mesh Christmas stocking, like the ones dog treats come in, that says "Happy Holidays from Bonk" and it came with some twizzlers and Jolly Ranchers and Bonk stickers. I asked my mom and she said she remembers it and didn't throw it away so I think it's floating around somewhere. I also have the Bloody Wolf Handkerchief (but a bottle of white glue leaked on it so it has spots on it), and I also have a Turbo Grafx duffle bag.

i acquired a nintendo calender from 1990 over the weekend, and i also own the nintendo bedsheets (which are currently on my bed) seeing as i am 22 years old, it is probably wierd for me to have nintendo bed sheets on my bed.
not really wierd, but i have some joyride toys still sealed. i have all 3 crazy taxi toys, and i have 2 beat figures (one is a regular figure, and the other is a prototype out of 500 toy)

Hmm .. I saw someone sell something that sounds exactly like that on ebay UK a year or two ago. Panzer Dragoon Sage Discs with nothing printed on, but the sega logo on the inner ring - sounds like your mate wasn't the only one with that idea! The disks went for something like £40 ($70 - $80)
Had a couple of odd things in my time ... one was a complete PAL Shining Force 2, where everything looked fine. But when you put the cart in the system, it actually played Street Smart!!
I also had a misprinted Dracula Unleashed for the PAL Mega CD, where the red ink image was rotated about 30 degrees round from the black ink image (they were supposed to be aligned with each other).
