£15 is about its going value now. That's roughly what the eBay prices I've seen recently are and what I picked up my copy for about 3 months ago.

It's seriously devalued seeing as it has "Satan's black mark" on it...
Although considered rare, it is one of those games that can fluctuate in price - If it's in good condition that is!
This one though can be considered extremely defaced (By EB) so you will be lucky to get over a tenner for it. That "Satan's black mark" is a killer!
Take what you can if I were you.

I must be going blind here... where's the defacement exactly?
Seriously though, it's worth the price being asked, it's a very good compilation :)

The defacement is clearly the black mark which EB put on all their pre-owned games to limit their resale value.

Its not black mark, it is lightly small written # and most of it is off
Thanks for your interest ocean!

Do these work on an NTSC PS1? (with mod chip/boot disc, of course)

it may work with boot disk, and chip (depending on type you have it could work), or use of PAL>Ntsc disk ;)

It would, but you'd need an output device that was capable of handling PAL signal (as the game determines the output wanted, not the console).
(witness my UK debug PS1 unit displaying b&w when running NTSC games on it because it insisted on only outputing a PAL signal. I got round it by connecting it up via RGB which has none of the PAL/NTSC bollocks to worry about)
