View Full Version : Work in games RETAIL or RENTAL? Funny ESRB printout!

I'm sick to death of parents not paying attention to the ESRB ratings when they or their children rent games from me. ESPECIALLY over the last couple of weeks that GTA: San Andreas has been out! I've shocked so many parents with my detailed description of the questionable content in that game in particular.

So, since my Blockbuster has little to no information posted on the ESRB, I've decided to hack together a couple of informational counter signs that I've displayed right when you walk in my store!

Feel free to print them out for display at your store (even though it may break some wussy policy). Oh, and I would like to thank the ESRB for their downloadable retail signage that I tore apart.

shame parents wont actually read them, just like they dont listen when you say that you get to kill hookers in gta :)

The hooker part is my favorite to describe. I tell them that in the game you drive around to a shady part of town, honk your horn, then proposition a prostitute. You then drive to a secluded area where you exchange moans. And while the car is rocking back and forth, your health gets restored as you loose some of your cash. You then get out of the car, slit the hookers throat, and as she dies in a pool of her own blood, you take your money back.


THAT gets the parent's attention.

dude, the blockbuster i buy games from all the time checked my id one random day when i was buying games to make sure that i was old enough to buy it. are you guys doing the same thing over there?
