I just tried to use the BIN on an ebay item, and when I clicked on the BIN, instead of being taken through the usual process, I got this message instead!
Transaction Blocked
"We're sorry, but the seller of this item is unable to receive funds at this time."
What the hell? This is a new one to me! What's going on? I want that item!

Their Paypal account is probably suspended for some reason.

Well DAMMIT, I sure hope they get it straightened out soon, because they have something that I've been trying to find for a long time now for a very good price! I hope they get my email about it before anyone else jumps on it, so maybe they'll close the listing and hold it for me! I don't want anybody else to beat me to it, just because the stupid system wouldn't let me jump on it as soon as I saw it! They look like an honest seller, with no negatives or even any neutrals, so I'm sure that it's just some silly technical detail, but it's still upsetting to finally find something that you've been wanting for a long time for a very good price, and then not be able to buy it just because the stupid system won't let you send the seller your payment for it right away!
