japanvideogames.com

lik-sang.com

ncsx.com is solid, but pricey.

I know someone will shoot me for this, but i have had very good experiences with buyrite1.com. I have bought from them at least a dozen times over the years, and the only time i didnt get what I ordered, they refunded me immediately.

I know other people had trouble with them tho, their games didnt show up, or whatnot.

tronixweb.com is solid(but they charge a ton as well)

therage.com

Of course, ebay is always an option, but dont buy anything from a seller in hong kong, taiwan or china, as it is just about sure to be a bootleg(there are a few exceptions, but not many)

Look in the import forum. It's a question that's been asked dozens of times.

NCSX is wonderful. They might be a bit more than everyone else, but they usually have stuff in stock. I've never really dealt with anyone else.

I'd avoid Buyrite, though. Too many horror stories are floating around about them, like not stocking product they advertise, and non-existant customer service. I would think that dracula's case above is an oddball one.
