Not much, but Yoshi's Island made my day. And Halo 2 is pretty damn good!

Hit the flea market LATE ..again...
That's what happens when you stay up playing HALO 2 till after 4 am in the morning..

I wasn't even going to go today..It was cold,wet and windy.....(I don't mind that but it's too much on my Son..

My buddy Ron wanted to go and look for retro gaming items....Though he's not much the gaming collector,today he seemed driven to do so....So I went..
I let Ron go in front of me through the say only 10-15 vendors freezing their butts off in the cold.
First isle:...He got into an argument with an unknown vendor(first timer) who had a trashed Playstation 1 console..He was asking $30.00 for it.
The vendor was pushy about it Swearing he just refused a $50.00 offer for it...and that they cost $80.00 used at EB- FUNCOLAND...Basically saying to Ron that he knows nothing..Saying No,No,No your wrong..
As I walked away laughing I told my buddy "come on"..I don't even bother arguing prices with people like that......Especially when no less then 10 feet away at the next table is a better condition Playstation for $5.00
It was just the guys (I'm right-your wrong) attitude that set my buddy off..

$5.00-$10.00 Playstations galore again....lone loose NES titles.
One vendor I buy lots of stuff from was there ..all he had that I hadn't seen was a two switch Atari 2600 with 10 games(commons)in a TELE- Game Center ...For $60.00...........PASS...
Funny thing is yesterday I took the same type TELE- Game Center with two switch Atari 2600 out of my closet that I got with games for $10.00 awhile back..(coincidental)

I found a bunch of Coleco Vision carts(18 nice carts --2 Unknowns/no lable) and 3 Genny boxed Sport titles for a Whopping $2.00...I know the vendor...(He also had a $5.00 Playstation..
I let Ron pick that stuf p for $2.00..It's a Great deal for him..I'm not greedy..

He picked up some misc loose NES carts/PS games etc..

I bought my wife the New in Box Coca Cola Clock for $8.00..She collects Coca Cola...Bought my son some Cars..

And ALL THE below stuff for $7.00...
I know the vendor and my buddy didn't want this stuff.
What I like about this vendor is she never pulls out the cords,controllers when they are wrapped in a mess of other wires so she just gives me the whole pile that 99% of the time scores me some free plugs for other systems etc.
In that pile is two Genny AC adapters a Dreamcast RF switch and a Multi voltage Ac adapter..

I mean for $7.00 that's not bad IMO...

I got the Secret Santa E-mail today and the main item on my secret person's list I found at a random "what tha hell" stop at a Pawn shop. haha!!

Since I didn't post the stuff I got while travelling to my "homeland" of peoria recentely I'll throw it in here.

2 dollars at goodwill - two large cd holders that i have one of, thus i have three matching now, although technically grandma 1 listed below paid for these for me

Free From mom's mom - Their old NES, which has been untouched and out of the sun for years, looks damn nice, no yellow, haven't tested it yet though. Also included were several loose, but in plastic cases, games, had "mario bros", mario 2, 3, first megaman, few others. Also complete in box tengen Pacman, Bad News Baseball, RC Pro-Am, Jack Nicolaus Golf, and Skyshark. If that's not enough, it also had some controllers, a zapper, a zapper manual, and the NES's manual as well. And a couple spare av corts to boot. She also bought me some new black BDUs <3

Free from dad's mom - large haul of my old toys, highlights include a set of the 8 inch power ranger figs (red, blue, yellow, pink, black, green, white, and a spare blue and white, green and white still had shields), a mostly complete first-season megazord (missing pink ptera, yet i have a spare red rex, wtf), a complete second-season one, Dragon Ceasar, and the white tiger. Annoyingly, I KNOW i had one of the carriers but it wasn't there apparently. She also gave me a vader head full of older star wars figs, a partly broken mario phone, and a messed up mario walkie talkie.

So yeah, at this point I've reclaimed MOST of the stuff I enjoyed as a child. Still haven't been able to figure out what happened to my original NES or ataris, or my comic books.
