Paypal Problem/Question

I am fairly new to both this site and paypal and have an ebay problem on my hands

I won some auctions and sent money via paypal and the seller shipped on a Friday from Colorado and last week I emailed her to find out what the hell was going on and she said she said it was delivered (I guess it had delivery confirmation on it) on Monday at 3:41 PM EST and I said it was not (I work 3-12 and my girlfriend works 930-630) and the post office always rings the doorbell to see if someone is home and if no one is they leave a paper saying you have a package


The post office remember nothing about a package that day and the seller uses www.u-pic.com insurance and not the USPS insurance


Any advice on what I can do?

Can I file a claim with paypal?


Any help is appreciated, it was 200$ worth of stuff

Did you ask to get a tracking number from the seller?
If not ask for that, and track it. I would try that first.

I did track it and it said it was delivered when I was at work...(NO ONE WAS HOME)

Could a neighbour have possibly signed for it?

I doubt it, I live in a secure apartment complex and the mail lady knows who I am and doubt she would let someone else sign

u-pic.com has a claim form. I would maybe try that and also see
what the post office can do, if anything.
Maybe a passer by stole it off your front step.

Was a signature required for delivery? Any chance that a crooked neighbor could have taken it? did you get insurance?

If the seller can provide a tracking number and delivery confirmation then I think that you're unfortunately S.O.L.

Thats what does not make sense, my mail carrier never leaves packages outside... she is working with me though which is great... she also left me positive FB already so I think she is worried about some negative...

It was not signature confirmation but still DC means you have to deliver it and it was not delivered
