they had a kiosk in one of our malls across from one of our stores (used game store) that was selling these and telling people to save their money and not buy NESs and games from us and just buy their crap. our owner called NOA and ratted them out... shortly after that, GameSpot had an article about Nintendo going after kiosks like that. 1 week later, kiosk is gone...
