15GB iPod, complete and working great. PC or Mac. 3700 song capacity. It works great, I just ran out of room and bought a 40GB one. Comes with official Apple case. If you have a PC without a Firewire Card, you'll need to get a $19 Dock Connector to USB cable at Best Buy or Circuit City.
Price:$200 shipped.

I know ebay is ebay, but checking out what these are going for, this is a pretty good price. I'll leave it up here for another day or so, then its off to the 'bay.

I'd be all over this if I didn't spend my last paycheck (and part of a future one) getting my car fixed. :/ Good luck on ebay! :)

I was thinking it's only ME, 2000 and XP. You need iTunes......if you can't iTunes, you can't use this. I'm sending you a PM reguarding this Mr. BOC

If you buy this and need the usb 2.0 cable, DO NOT buy it from Circuit City. They're all about ripping you off these days on portable audio products. They just raised all the prices of ipod and general accessories for portable audio and the cable itself runs 30 bones there. Take your money elsewhere.

The new ones come with a USB2.0 cable and that's pretty handy, even though I do have a firewire connection. Anyways, I was trying to run around and find out how much Apple wants for one of these, but I couldn't track one down. They may have stopped carrying them. However, to any effect....one should locate a firewire card for their pc, it's too fast to pass up!!

I'm interested in this. Is there any way to get all of my MP3s on this sucker? Do I have to convert to another format? I'd prefer not to use iTunes or pay for the music as I already have my CDs ripped. Any help?
Thanks :embarrassed:

Well you have to use itunes but you just open itunes and choose import folder and select the folder where they are. I don't know of a better music program than iTunes. Now if only they would create a program similar for video...

I concur with iTunes greatness. I've tried the rest and the only one that comes even close is Winamp. iTunes pretty much bitchsmacked the competition.

I just don't see the usability of winamp. It's a great player but it just doesn't cut it if you have 5000 songs. I find it difficult to use when you get beyond small lists but maybe I just missed the big picture which is very possible. I would like something like iTunes that would play videos as well in the album art box and you could make it bigger from there. The search box on iTunes is what really catches me. Most other programs wouldn't be able to pull off realtime searches, or atleast they don't.
BTW, boatofcar...is this sold?

instead of a usb cable, just get a firewire card... it costs nearly same as the cable and you can use it for more than just the ipod.
also, if you dont want to use itunes, you can use the newest version of musicmatch jukebox, though itunes is superior.
you can use an ipod on windows98 se...you need to get the firewire update from mcirosoft and download a program called Ephpod. It'll let you copy music back and forth on Win98se.
