Is the Codejunkies forum EVER up?

Does anyone know, I am a member of codejunkies maker of all those cheat devices, the site works great as well as support but the forums never seem to be up, can anyone confirm this? O_O

Don't even bother ever going back, there server is always down. It took me a 1/2 hour just to post a question in Tech Support LOL
