Ya, I'm an assistant manager. Probably store manager by summer of next year, God willing.

I should put that in my sig or something maybe... nah.

Cool deal. There's nothing like buying games in a gamestore - even though I sell them out of a department store and should have a little more pride for what I do.

Actually, I spend all day sending people to you guys - they come in trying to find games so old you probably don't even have them.

hehe. When I run into the customer that wants something old we don't have (we have a small selection of 8 bit NES, SNES, and Genesis games, but rarely any accessories older than PS1) I send em to one of the two Video Game Exchanges on the South side of Milwaukee.

I've gotta get down to one of those sometime

EB Beats GameStop? *Wonders if hell froze over* I say that, because there are too many GameStops lately and Im surprised EB Games has made the list

There are more EBs than Gamestops.

I wish the poll allowed you make multiple selections, because I shop at EB and Gamestop about the same. But now that I found a Gamecrazy I'll be going there quite a bit too.

Yup, that's what I selected. I buy way more games at pawns then I do at actual game stores.

There are more EBs than Gamestops.

Around here there's no less than 20 gamestops, and there's 1 EB outside of a mall (There're like 4 malls, and one has 3 EB's in it, but still....)

only for the fact that EB had a copy of Castle Shikigami in stock. GS never even heard of the title

Are you sure Eb knows about it? I just called the goons down at my local EBX and they didn't know what the hell I was talking about. Even though I have it pre-ordered and they claimed to have called me on the 13th, which they didn't.

Christ, every time you refresh the page the poll numbers change. There must be a hell of a lot of traffic on that site

GameFAQ? That site gets around 500,000-3 Million hits a day. I'm not surprised. I go there every day myself. LOL

Start yelling at them :D

Local areas aside, EB has a few hundred more stores nationwide than Gamestop.

Rough estimate would be 1500 to 1200 or so.

EB's also got a much larger international presence.
