... Apparently over the yoga/exercise simulator game 'Yourself! Fitness'. Please note that Microsoft neither designed nor published this title.

Future rarity? I'd think so. Especially if this somehow gets taken off the shelves. Consider that there probably weren't too many of these shipped to begin with, and your average gamer probably isn't going to purchase an exercise-sim title. The sell-through on this could possibly be in the hundreds.
Here's the boxart for those interested. (http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B00068LDTS.01-A3BHU1UEUYDJ19._SCLZZZZZZZ_.jpg)

A yoga game...that's interesting. Pretty soon they'll have games such as Virtual Marriage or Mario Does His Taxes. Anyway, if Microsoft loses this suite then this game will probably become very rare.
By the way, is it just me or does Microsoft seem to get sued a lot.

Personally I don't estimate that this would go anywhere. Surely the guy isn't the first to come up with the idea of virtual workout games (has he never played an NES?), and added to that, Microsoft didn't publish or develop the game, nor do they really have anything to do with the publisher.

I would so buy this game if it included bumping fat ronin off of clouds with awesome pointy yoga techniques.

Heh, I actually posted about this game somewhere in these forums a couple of weeks back.
I think Im gonna pick it up or atleast rent it for a good laugh. Hey, By the way, that came also contains recipes for healthy eating. LOL
But to keep on topic with the title of this thread, Who isn't MS being sued by these days? I haven't been surprised by a MS lawsuit in awhile.

You didn't Novell and MS just settled over server software (ol' Proliant 6500 of mine had it at one time...) but are still going over word processing software? That's in the news right now.

Ah yes....poor Avary is being stiffed on what...$100 in royalties over the next 10 years? Oh me oh my....
Even if it WAS going to be a future rarity...I STILL wouldn't buy that crap...and neither will virtually anyone else. If you're gonna sue...sue over something PROFITABLE! Yeesh. x_x
