WTB Vintage Mario Bros. 2 Clock

I am looking for a vintage Mario 2 clock that was made in 1989. It has a picture of Mario's head on a star and he is holding up 2 fingers , it says Super Mario Bros 2 on the top , and there is a picture of Peach , Lougie , and Toadstool on the border.
Does anyone have one of these? There is one on ebay right now , but it says it doesn't work, I want one really bad. If anyone has a working (nice condition) one of these, I really want it !

I don't know how much you want to invest in this clock, but if it doesn't work all you need to do is replace the clock mechanism. Shouldn't be more than 5-10 bucks at the absolute most.

Yeah, thats what my mom said, but she also said that the original clock hands might not fit on the clock mechanism that I buy new at the store. Do you think it will ?

All kinds of people and companies make customized clockes like that Super Mario Bros. 2 clock. They all look identical, with the exception of the picture and the colored border. I have to imagine if they do make different mechanisms with different shafts for the hands they have to standard sizes that are readily available just about anywhere.
