It was originally published by Titus for the PS2 and GameCube. Mastiff announced on Nov. 12th that it's re-issuing the game in time for X-Mas, presumably under the Mastiff brand. Mastiff is also re-issuing Titus's GBA Top Guns (Combat Zones and Firestorm). Just in case anyone cares about a label/publisher variant for a mediocre tie-in.

What an odd choice to re-issue considering I still see new copies of the Titus release in stores collecting dust at $15. Any word on price point for the re-issues?

"A special low price" is what's mentioned in the Mastiff release, so I'm guessing $15-20.

Why re-issue that game? It sucks.

Yeah, that's a really odd re-release choice. Why not pick a good game that's actually hard to find like Gitaroo man or cubivore?

'Cause it's a tie-in of a well-known property, and for a teeny-tiny publisher like Mastiff, a tie-in is solid gold. The crappiness of the game doesn't matter.

Mastiff didn't pick up Gitaroo Man because that was published by the healthy KOEI, not the ailing Titus, and Mastiff just published a cult rhythm/music game of its own. Cubivore was published by Atlus, another company that's not hurting by any means.
