The online guide has that info. Just click System=Nintendo NES and type "Dragon Warrior" in the Title box.

Thanks, though should include manuals for the list of what came with them.

The original NES release came with a regular instruction manual, and TWO double-sided maps which, when folded, fit snuggly in the box.
There is confusion about it becasue Nintendo gave away certain items with the free game with a two year suscription for Nintendop Power. (and sometimes these items are sold on ebay with the game, sometimes misrepresented as belonging to the original release)
The items are:
a) The Explorers Handbook, basically a mini-guide which contains all the dungeon maps except a comprehensive overworld map)
b) A double sided spell card (plastic) in post-card format.
To add to the confusion, some ebay sellers offer with the game the overworld map for Dragon Warrior which was in an issue for Nintendo Power. It does not belong to the original release. The NP map is bigger, and can not be folded so it fits into the cardboard box.

I looked up the info of the online rarity guide (which is incredibly good, btw)
In this case the info given is misleading, however.
Guide:
Originally packaged with a game map, reference card, and handbook.
There are TWO maps. On the first one is a Dragon warrior poster on one side, the other side contains maps of the dungeons. The second one has the overworld on one side, and on the back is again the overworld color coded according to the enemies for each area.
The reference card (a chart with spell lists with required experience levels and more) and the "Explorers Handbook" were the promotional items for the Nintendo Power subscription, not items which came with the original release. The free game came additionally with all the items of the original release (regular instruction manual and the two maps).

I overlooked that you asked for all four DW titles; what I wrote goes only for Dragon Warrior 1.
To my knowledge, the other DW titles are much easier. :) They just came with ONE map, no confusion there; this should better be confirmed by someone who knows it for sure, though.

Ok, that's what I thought since I have both the maps and the manual besides the game.
