JUst picked up the atari flashback console. looks like the controllers may work on the real 7800, alltho they are very small. at least it's not vaperware it is out.

Over on AtariAge they have a thread going about this.
From reading the posts there -- including those by Curt, who helped to design the thing -- I think that 'elite' group over there had their sights set too high on the quality of it.
Curt mentions it was a rushed product and mostly a test bed to see if this could be profitable for Atari.
I think if people pick it up for someone who does'nt have a 2600/7800 -- and not to replace their curent consoles -- they should be happy with what they get.
