View Full Version : Terrible Reseals - Not just for NES now!

A decent part of my DC collection is sealed, and there's no way that title is. I'm just curious, though: Is there any good way to tell real DC seals from reseals (that aren't terribly obvious like the one above)? I don't know of any trick like the horizontal line or the SLUS sticker.

You sure about that? here's a pic of a sealed game I purchased myself

As you can see the SWing looks pretty crappy and I KNOW its not a reseal. The SW in the picture does look a little too tight around the corners, but I can't really pass judgement unless I felt the plastic with my hands. I sure as hell wouldn't buy it assuming it was new though.

And I have to say my picture didn't do the crappy SW on the game justice. Under the right light it looks alot like the copy this guy has for sale.

Yep your right.

I would bet money that the Street Fighter game is REALLY a factory sealed game.
That just happens to the plastic around DC games sometime, it sorta scruntches up in some areas.

THE GAME IS FACTORY SEALED. :)

I hate it when stuff scrunches up in some areas LOL
