I haven't bought from the online store - but I've been to one of the three regular stores (all 3 are in the DC area) and it was fantastic. Prices a bit high, but everything there is in good condition, and they have a great selection of import stuff.

I bought a game from them and had no problems, although they did ad me to their email list, even though I did not request such a thing.

I've been to two of the three real stores, but I've never bought from them online. A little expensive as stuffedmonkey said, but they have a great selection of older games and imports, and the clerks are nice and knowledgable.

I've bought from the online store. They will substitute incomplete items for complete items that you order, which can be terribly annoying. To prevent that from happening I suggest you first verify it's condition with the 'online advisor'. Then in the notes section of your online order, specify exactly what you are ordering and the completeness of it. Ask them to delete anything from your order that doesn't meet your criteria. Other than that, I can tell you everything I have bought from them was in good condition. And if you need to return something, they don't make a stink about it.

HOLY JUMPING BLUE DRUNKEN CHRIST!!!!

They ARE in the DC Area....lol. That's where I AM! That'll teach me not to overlook "store locations".

Yep, my friend and I frequent the store near the University of Maryland.

On topic about the online store, I had some problems when I tried to order from them right when they opened, everything was in stock at great prices... but then nothing was in stock and the prices went up :(

Not sure how they are now though, sorry.

Are they close to Pandora's Cube?

Pandora's import game selection has been getting pretty crappy, it's becoming more of an anime/gundam model store.

They are, i'm really bad with directions though...

A little ways before the University (we're coming from Crofton) there's a shopping center on the left with a Wendys and such, it's in there.

I believe you pass Elenore Rosevelt Highschool on there way there too.

If you need help still, PM me and i'll ask my friend about it :) or I can get the phone number.

The import section there is pretty good and they have games from Atari to PS2.
