Nintendo DS - Buy now or wait?

Ok, I need to get a DS as a Christmas present. My question is this - should I just grab one from eBay now or wait until after more ship (I'm guessing after black friday)? Will the price come down at all before Christmas or should I just bite the bullet and pay $200?

I really have no chance of finding one in the wild since I work way too much.
