GameCrazy is doing a buy "ONE" get one free deal starting on the 25th and going till the 28th.
Normally, it's always buy "two", get one free. But this deal is buy "one" get one free.
So if there are two games that you really want, and they both cost $10 each, you just buy one of them and you get the other one free.
This sale is good on everything except current generation stuff.
I can tell you that I'm going to hit all my local Game Crazy's looking for SNES and Genny and even some N64 carts that I've wanted, but that I thought were too expensive. As long as there are 2 games that I really want that cost the same price, then it's basically like a 50 percent off deal.

My GameCrazy has like 20 Saturn games, at about $8 a shot that will only cost me a nice $80, I'm loving it!
And if you didn't know, Game Crazy is a store at most Hollywood Video Rental Places. Best place to get games arround here, but new releases take arround 5 days to get there. At least that was the case for Paper Mario: TTYD.

The older stuff at Game Crazy tends to be overpriced, especially PSX and N64 stuff. But still, this is a nice deal.
On another word of note, the last time Game Crazy had a B2G1 deal, the employee at one store told me that all the games had to be on the same console. Then again, I'm pretty sure that store is ran by the most clueless Game Crazy employees in the city (they never have the MVP Bonus Days display out either). At another store I went to, it didn't matter what console the games were on, and I'm sure it won't matter in this sale either. Just watch out for clueless employees. LOL

The GameCrazy by me was getting ready for the sale last week. I made a list of the Saturn and Dreamcast stuff I want to get. Have to pass by today and make sure most of it is still there. :)

Why is a BOGO sale that big of a deal? EBGames does it all the time...

Because GameCrazy has more than just nes, snes and n64 for vintage games. Ive seen and heard them having Sega cd, saturn, etc.

I've seen Virtual Boy stuff there, also..
Too bad they don't have anything I'm looking for (at least the one near where I live) :(

Ok awesome. I definately have to try and go this weekend. I have 10 dollars credit there already. Although last time I went they had been picked over. Maybe they will at least have something different. :(

I'll have to keep this deal in mind for the secret santa dealie. I've been meaning to take a trip up there because I know they have something on the list, and this gives me a prime reason.

Ive never been in a Gamecrazy that had those games. It's cool that they still sell those. Hopefully I go into a Gamecrazy that sells the more obscure stuff at some point.

Well, I went to a Game Crazy store for the first time yesterday and I was impressed!
For a total of $13.62 I picked up:
Genesis - Alisia Dragoon (loose)
Genesis - DJ Boy (loose)
Genesis - Gaiares (loose)
Genesis - Ristar (loose)
Genesis - Zool (loose)
Playstation - Gubble (complete)
They also had some Saturn games there, and even some Game Gear systems and games. Nothing I was interested in but it was cool that they had them there anyway.
I probably would have bought even more, but I was there with my wife and son so I couldn't spend too much time or money.
The Buy One Get One Free sale is over now, but they still have a Buy Two Get One Free sale until the end of December.

DAMNIT! I just read this thread today, and there were two exspensive SNES games I wanted at my local GC, Breath of Fire II and Lufia II, I could have had them both for less than $40 with this deal. Oh well :(
