If you look at any of the Karaoke Revolution games, you'll find the Bemani logo somewhere in there. Well, thing is, KR was developed by American developer Harmonix (creator of Frequency and Amplitude)... Which means that KR is a Bemani series like no other: it's an American Bemani game series (as opposed to the Japan-developed titles like DDR, Guitar Freaks, Beatmania, etc.)
I guess it shows how impressed Konami must have been with Harmonix, if they hired them for their Bemani line of games (of course, since Harmonix was specialized in music games, it only makes sense that Konami approached them...).
