I found this URL announcing http://snk-capcom.com/ SNK vs Capcom....due out 3/3/2003.
I was later told it was fake...anyone know the scoop? I can't wait to add this game to my Neo-Geo collection!!! :D

An SNK Vs. Capcom game is being planned for the Neo-Geo, but I'm not sure if that's real info on that game or not.

Did anyone read that very small paragraph in gamepro a long while back about Capcom vs Spawn? It was the only thing I had ever read for it, that would have been a cool game.

Why would someone spend all that money on the domain, which I'm sure was pretty expensive....just to screw with people?

FuckBeans is not a registered or copyrighted name.....SNK and Capcom are....
To register fuckbeans as a domain name does not infringe on someone elses copyright...therefore, that particular domain was probably inexpensive.....to register a domain with with the names SNK and Capcom had to be expensive...and if it were not expensive, the guy who registered the domain still runs the risk being sued for copyright infringement....using well established names like SNK and certainly Capcom without permission is illegal.
So again my question, if it is a fake site...why would someone spend all that money and the risk, just to play a stupid joke?

Well besides the fact that the main graphic sucks pretty hard, and that they seemed to try to avoid the "mainstream" whois engines, the domain is registered by a guy that has nothing to with capcom or SNK based on his contact email, I won't go giving out anyones info, but the domain is pushed thru zonictec.com, which in itself does have much to show
My guess, its probably a fansite, just in case the game is to exist or its just a CVS fansite trying to play on the words...........who knows??
