I would like to know which list is more up to date the one found under Online Rarity Guide or the one located http://www.digitpress.com/lists/megadrive.htm as the second has more games and some different rarity ratings. Iwant this information as i am currently working on a excelfile to check which games I am missing.
Already thx.

The online Rarity Guide (http://www.digitpress.com/DP/cmf/search.cmf) is always the most up-to-date. The lists on the "lists.htm" page haven't been touched in months.

As Joe said, the .htm list was an work-in-progress version and the Online Guide always contains the most up-to-date info.
The extra games in the .htm list are just the early unlicensed Accolade/Ballistic games in cardboard boxes which I removed from the PAL section since they are 100% identical to the copies distributed in the US.
The higher rarity values were from my initial workings before I tweaked them to fit better in comparison to other systems in the database.

Thanks for the info. If there is anybody intrested in a copy of the excel-file people can ask me a copy. It includes all the pal-games with rarity, year and publisher for Saturn, 32X, Mega-CD and Megadrive.
I removed the mega-cd/32x cd combo pal-versions as they don't exist as far as I know.
Also I changed the release year for Tetris Plus into 1997 as this is the year mentioned on the box.
I will work to make things bigger including review informationa and kind of stuff.

1. The CD/32X combo games do exist.
2. Please don't distribute the information that has had MANY MANY hours of work put into it.
Feel free to use it for your own reference, but it's available here for anyone else and if Excel files start being passed around it may end up on some shoddy 2-bit site without any credit to those of us that worked hard to produce it.

Ok, then I won't spread it and let people make it themself if you won't like it. I gave the list to one other person and I gave credit to Digit press for the information used.
About the pal combo's for megacd/32x cd, can anybody then show me a picture. I saw all the other 32x games with my own eyes including Primal rage and Darxide and never came across any cd/32x combo.

Cheers! ;)
The combo games are pretty rare, and much harder to find than the NTSC versions, but there's one in this auction:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=11060&item=8147267003
and you can see them all in Arrrhalomynn's complete 32X set here:

Ok there i was some misinterpretation interpreation about the word mega-cd/32x combo. As it was listed as mega-cd game I saw it as package like Fahrenheit in the USA containing both mega-cd and 32x versions. I have the 4 cd's myself. Maybe for clearity it is better to just mention the game as 32X game and not also again in the Mega-cd list.
Sorry for miscommunication.

Oh and it was his complete 32X collection as I saw the same copy of Darxide. he sold it for around 700 euro to the owner of a gamestore.

Yeah, no PAL Mega CD games had the Mega CD & 32X CD versions in one pack.
