Okay, need some MGS3 help (minor boss fight spoilers)

How the hell do you beat the Sorrow? I wade through the whole thing, then he starts talking about going back to my own world. Then there's nowhere to go but forward, and there's no way to avoid running into him. Once I touch him, I die.

Also, is it different depending on how many soldiers you kill over the course of the game? For me, there's two. It took me a bit to realize I had a tranquilizer gun. :)

okay, I will give you one HINT.

You can still access your inventory on the "Snake Is Dead" screen.

EDIT: And yes, it's different depending on kills.

Oh, yeah, and try to radio someone. In a bizarre, backhanded kind of way it might give you a hint, but really, it's just fun.
