I really like B. Yes, A store will open a copy, then re shrink wrap it, THEN display it.... That sure makes sense.
"A: SEALED in the wrapper from the retail store
B: An UNPLAYED display copy unwrapped by the store so its contents could be protected from theft
C: Mint
D: Near mint
E: Used and plays just like new"
I don't get it. What's wrong with these descriptions?

Umm B and C are the cosmetically the same thing?

How would the seller know that the game was a store display copy? Why does this even matter to the buyer? As far as the buyer is concerned it is a used game if it was opened even if only to be displayed.
Game Opened = less money on ebay. I guess this guy is trying to increase the value of opened games.
What bothers me about this auction is that you can buy this game online at ebgames for $29.99 brand new:

Why pay $100 on ebay when it is cheaper retail????

I agree with you there but try telling this to a Gamestop employee. I've gotten into an arguement numerous times with them about this.

Obviously you're smart enough not to bid but Why would you let it bother you?

In general this auction does not matter to me. What is more insane to me about this auction is the asking price not the condition key.

Obviously we're all smart enough not to be taken in by scams, why have an ebay insanity forum?
Come on, the point of asking questions is to satisfy a curiosity and generate disscusion. There's nothing wrong with asking why.
