EBay: PC Jet or Galaga 88 PCB?

This probably isn't what he's advertising... because it isn't a Galaga 88 PCB. It seems to be a PC Jet. Does anyone else know the history behind the PC Jets? Were they only in Japan? Who was behind them? Anyone have any ideas?

It's gotta be a PC jet. It looks like a PC Engine (minus the case) attached to an additional PCB. And that Hu card looks exactly like the retail Galaga 88.
