Problem with ColecoVision

Hi. I have a ColecoVision that some carts won't play on it. I have about 7 games for it and they all work except for 2. One of they comes up with a black screen, and the other has a scrambled screen. If you hit the reset botton, they work great. Does anyone have an idea of what to do to fix this problem? I have cleaned the carts several times,

The power switch on your CV needs to be soldered apart, resurfaced and rebuilt. It's corroding. They all do. It's common to most ColecoVisons, and eventually to all of them. It's tricky but doable. You must be able to solder/desolder, re-crimp the switch, and a Dremel is very helpful.

FYI, it is something I can do. I can also add S-Video, audio jacks, and replace the BIOS, so you can skip the COLECOVISION screen by pressing fire.
