Whatever the hell it is called LOL

I found this today, and was kind of curious as to why it was not with my other NES carts...it was in a small box with manuals, light zapper, and some extra controllers. So I start playing the thing. Wheeewwww. Adventure/RPG game...but man, the battles are EXTREMELY SLOW and take forever....button configurations are screwy (you initiate talking with one button, but then you have to switch over to scroll the text or else you'll end the conversation). I don't think I've played a worse RPG than this...

On the other hand if you're fond of Chrono Trigger type time traveling and Arabian settings it's a pretty awesome little title.

one of my favorite NES games actually... give it a bit of time and it grows on you.

I love the 'cheat' passwords in the game, I forget just how but it's just a letter and the number 1-5. easiest passwords ever.

This was one of my favorite NES games. My mother got it for me one Christmas (or birthday) just because she liked the name of it. At the time I thought I was the only person who ever played the game because none of my friends had even heard of it and I hadn't seen any reviews or codes for it at the time. I remember seeing Magic of Scheherazade II in the Future Releases section of Nintendo Power for awhile...wonder if a proto exists?

My favorite NES game. It's the one that got me into RPGs. I remember renting it CONSTANTLY as a kid, as we could never afford to buy new games.

I remember as a kid a friend of mine beat this and said this game was really good, and I never got around to playing it, though I own it. I probably should...

Scheherazade.. if I'm not mistaken, that's the guy who had a thousand tales. According to the Genie from Disney's Aladdin.

Actually, I have a complete boxed copy on my shelf. Found it at GameStop.

Woman. :P

She avoided being exacuted by her husband by telling him the end of one story and the begining of the next every night. It's also the premise to the collection of Arabian FairyTales 1001 Arabian Nights.

And Dsullo, Scheherazade arrived the other day. Looked great. Thanks!

I also concur that this was one NES game I really enjoyed. I played through it at least twice.
