Does anyone have word on some of the releases the DS will have in the upcoming months? I'd like to see what is going to be released so I can start saving. :D
I wish they'd make a Smash Bros. of some sort for it. :(

whats hte upsession with rayman, the entire series is nothing but a mario rehash. strictly my views of course and please flame me.
here are some games i am personally keeping an eye for:
Sprung (december 7 2004) a dating sim, probably not gonna buy it but definately worth a second look, you dont get many dating sims in the us, if any at all
Zoo Keeper (Dec 28, 2004) a quirky japanese puzzle game that looks primising, we'll have to see (i can play mr driller on DC, so i doubt ill be buying that)
Advance Wars (Oct 09, 2005) a ways off i know, but god damnit i cant wait for it...
Yoshi;s Touch and Go (Mar 14, 2005) llooks like super mario world 2 yoshi's island but i dont know much except that its made by nintendo and will be fun to play. im game.
Super Mario Bros. DS (Jan 10, 2005) a brand spanking new 2D mario coming days after new years, ill definately pick it up, they should release it 3 weeks earlier in time for xmas though.
Mario Kart DS (Sep 12, 2005) also a long way off, but i imagine the multiplayer will kick ass
Animal Crossing DS (Sep 12, 2005) one of the best games i ever played is now portable. hooray.
Viewtiful Joe (May 07, 2005) hardcore side scrolling goodness.
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (Feb 07, 2005) sure whatever, a multiplayer FF that people dont have to buy extra hardware to play.
Sonic DS (Mar 01, 2005) if this is anything like the DC sonics, hooray.
Bomberman DS (Mar 01, 2005) best multiplayer game ever meet best multplayer portable ever.
Bust-a-Move Pocket (launch unknown) i love bust a move, dunno about others.
there are more that i cant really find now, but thats my personal look out list.

This isn't *the* original Zookeeper, is it??? The Taito arcade classic? I'll die if it is.

Zoo Keeper, not to be confused with the classic 80s arcade game of the same name, is a touch-screen puzzle design that challenges players to pair up groups of animals as they stack up on the play screen

I can't see myself spending $40 for a DS game. I was interested in ZooKeeper until I read that article.

yeah, its essentially the same game as that card game in mario 64 DS, except you have to match up 3 of the same animal. not very worthy of getting its own release if you ask me, when the same type of game is just one of the minigames in mario 64.(not to mention zookeeper being $10 more too)
heres the flash version, and the only way i can see zookeeper ds being changed, is with the use of the stylus. this should be released for 9.99, not $40

i thought all the raymans were pretty good....especially the original, im not HUGE on the 3D ones but eh, it's still a fun series. All the good games won't be out till next year...alot are coming out next march and september - xmas....gundam seed, advance wars ds, mario brothers, and a bunch of others

I don't think all of the dates are ironed out yet, and I'm pretty sure most of those titles will make it out no later than March.
As far as Sprung goes...I am currently working ten feet from where that game was made and I can still say it sounds like the worst game ever made.

after playing that flash of zoo keeper that game is now no longer even a thought to me. unless i was playing it wrong, it seemed that some combos were impossible to pull off. anyway...
Games I will be getting before new year...

Man, if those are some of the upcoming DS games then I'll be breaking the poor piggy open in no time. Has anyone had a chance to try the sports games that have been released? :)

I heard fans of N64 Madden games are dissapointed with the Ds version, I think it was the gaffix. I think it would be fun to play it wirelessly though :-P

I have no idea if they're planning this or not, but they ought to make Boong-Ga Boong-Ga for it. Think about it-the bottom screen has the derriere, while the top screen shows the facial expressions. You would use the stylus to poke at the behind in the bottom screen.
It would probably only be released in Japan though.

I personally really enjoy the flash version of Zoo Keeper and will definitely purchasing it for the DS. It's basically bejeweled more or less, but using the touch screen and using animals. I know I'll enjoy it, and I DEFINITELY know my fiancee will!
I just can't wait for Animal Crossing, Viewtiful Joe, Mario Kart, Super Mario Kart.
