Help with DVD style Game storage.

I've been trying to find a storage cabinet / shelf / rack to store Games that come in DVD style cases (as well as DVDs). I have no trouble just finding shelves in general, but I can't find any which allows for seperated Horizontal spacing. Only ones I've been able to find are the cheap ass wire ones...

This Is pretty muc how I want to store them:

not to be a dick or anything, but why do you need the unused space, less unused space the more games you can store.

personally i keep my games in a closeable bookshelf

Do you really need seperated horizontal spacing? I used one that I got at Best Buy for my Dreamcast games for the longest time that was basically just shelves, and it worked perfectly. I had all the games arranged by name, and when I was done with one I would just slide it back onto the shelf.

I stopped using it because of the apartment I'm in now, but it's waiting to be reassembled when I get a house.

For my DVD games right now, I have them in a shelving thing that we got with our entertainment center. When I get a house, I'll probably just get another shelving unit for them. Camelot stores have one big one on sale tomorrow for only $5. I guess they're only $15 regularly though.

If you don't have to seperate them, I would definitely go with this option :) Much lighter on the wallet.

Walmart has these 20 dollar shelf things. They can hold about 15 DVDs per level, and you can make 5 levels if you fill them with DVDs. I have 4 of em :/ . I have way too many games.

I guess I don't NEED it, I would preferr it though. I do organize alphabetically, and I would rather have a Verticle tower then a long horizontal shelf (I do have limited space to work with). I plan on getting Multiple towers or a tower with multiple sides to house each systems games though.

Plus like 95% of all current gen releases have the Spine Lable read horizontally. Only one I can think of that doesn't is Ikaruga on GameCube...

THEN, most of My GameCube games have case impressions in the Outer Clear Plastic (mostly where the disc goes) that occured from the weight put on them when I stack them...
