Ok, I just found this, and it is so cool!
First off, it is a very plain and boring book, and orange in colour! All that is on the outside is the title in black text on the binding.
Inside it has pictures (a colour section in the middle!) and reviews, along with cheats and tips.
A great book, I'd reccommend it to anyone who can find it!
Now my question, anyone else have it? Was it advertised in any gaming magazine or anything?

it probably had a glossy jacket originally? most hard covers look like that naked.
i'd like to see a few more pictures of some of the material

Haha, yah, I have an English background... sorry lol!
I got it off of ebay actually, seems to have been withdrawn from the Corpus Christi, TX library.
According to the description, it was a softcover rebound into hardcover.

Oh, and BTW, it is written by Ed Tiley, and it seems like his family were the ones that tested all the games! LOL
One of the people in the credits is Lou Tiley... I wonder if it's the same as Lou Tiley's Sports Connection?

Hey, got it!
Amazon has a number of copies up for sale, as well as some additional info:

aaron, how is the book itself? Worth spending some $10 on? Most hint books from that period were awfull with their information and not very accurate at all.

I think I might have a copy. I'm currently 1000 miles from home or I'd check. I have roughly 15 different hint books that have come in over the past 2-3 years with ebay purchases.

Yeah I have that book... the softcover version. You can find a couple of them on Ebay even now for about 2-5 bucks

What date is given for the softcover? The hardcover version is August of 1990, and I imagine the later one has additional content.

The cover was probably trashed, that's why the cover of your book is hard and orange. It's what library do when books are damaged (my local library do the same thing with damaged/older book)

That's especially the case with softcover books...
Anyway, nice little find! It's always fun to check out those old strategy guides...
