You need Arcade card for this to work correct? Is there an arcade card for turbo grafx? or only on Duo & PCE with Super CD-ROM2?

yeah, you need an arcade card to play this. there was an arcade card made for the duo and one made for the PC-Engine (TG-16) w/ CD.
