I have a Flash 2 Advance GBA Flash cart with the USB linker. It's worked great for me. Pocket NES on a GBA SP is sweet!
Anyways, my brother recently got me a Ewin 256mb Flash Kit from Hong Kong. It has the cart, the USB cable, the docking station and the software.
My question is this: Can I use this Ewin flash cart with my Flash 2 Advance USB linker and Flash 2 Advance software?
Or can I only use Flash 2 Advance carts?
I told my brother that I wanted to 64mb Flash 2 Advance carts by themselves, but instead he bought a whole nuther unit, complete with the whole kit and everything. I really don't need a full kit, but I was wondering if I could use that cart with my Flash 2 Advance stuff, or would I have to use the Ewin docking station and everything to use that cart?
Basically the question is, can you use Flash carts from different companies with other companies USB linkers?
