Maybe it's just me, but I really think that those skins are ugly... now <a href=http://image.lik-sang.com/content/nintendo-ds/nds_black.jpg>this</a> (click on the word"this") is pretty (and authentic!).

The skins are gross. I could handpaint them and make them look better. They wouldn't be that bad if they went around the buttons, but as they are they are gross.

That black DS on the other hand is dead sexy. :-P

Yeah, that's exactly what was said above, that the images in the auction in the opening post were ripped from a sticker-skin website.

BTW, I like the alien abduction kit...

My problem with skin kits like this is that you have to put them on yourself. Now, if you're a very precise person, no problem. If you're like me and made your old Transformers look ridiculous by putting the stickers in a not-perfectly-straight way and still is like that as an adult (I know I am), then it may not be such a hot idea...

Haha, I'm taking a Photoshop class now and this thread inspired me to make an actual real looking red DS pic. I must say, it came out nicely. I'm a bit hesitant to post it though, since probably the day after I post it, I'll see the pics on EBay.
