Lunar Silver Star for the Sega CD right?

This completely depends on the disc art. Working Designs has really only shown their mutiple disc arts for the Lunar Siver Star(for SegaCD and PlayStation) and they themselves have said that the the farther down THIS (http://www.workingdesigns.com/museum/sega_cd/ourgames/lunar-tss/details.html) line, the rarer it is.

Ive seen the rarer ones sell for 100+ in the past.

If you mean the Sega CD version, I usually see that one for for around $30-40 complete, while the PSX goes for $40-60 complete. Sometimes I see the Sega CD one go for $50, but not too often.
