How do you tell the difference between US and Overseas copies of Strider and Spiderman? I know the boxes are the same, are the manuals different or something? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

UPC stickers, basically.
Like many of the late release games for the SMS, the only difference is the UPC sticker on the back of the box. Otherwise, they're exactly the same.

Yup - same box, same (multi-language) manual, same cart.
It's only the UPC sticker that's different, so depending on how picky you are, you could save a lot of time searching for a "US version" by just getting a Euro copy for next to nothing on eBay.co.uk.
And it's not "many" of the late-release games - just Sonic, Strider & Spiderman.
