WOW sold better than EQ2 ha! Who here bought a copy of WOW on launch and added to this chaos? I just picked-up a copy today. 8-)

Well, they've broken one-day sales records, but I'd imagine the trend will hold.

Good game @ Blizzard. Thank you to all the gamers who've made a choice to go with the "less graphically impressive" game in hopes of better gameplay. With any luck, this should help get game makers thinking again (anybody else read the latest Kunkel Report?)

I've never thought about playing a MMORPG before (like I need one more charge on my credit card each month), but this one looks pretty good from the screenshots. I had really high hopes for Star Wars Galaxies, but....oh well. At least Blizzard has a Mac version out of the box, which makes them the coolest game developer to me :)

more developers needs to put out hybrid games. Blizzard even benefitted from it - they were able to find & fix bugs faster
