I like collecting fighting game with finishing moves. Anyone have this title and are willing to part with it?

I'm pretty sure - no, make that CERTAIN - that this game never was released. Oh, it was in the works. But an official release? Nope.
Search "Lobo" in the messages and you'll see it discussed a lot:

Apparently a proto HAS turned up. But it's not been dumped, no screenshots, and no info on who has it or where it is.

Yeah, there was only a prototype, but no official release was...well....released.
