Price Drops on the games?

Will the games for the DS get price drops? For the most part, they are $40.. but I wuz just wondering, since the same thing happened for the GBA. the games were 40 for a while, then after a year, the average price was 30-35..

GBA games became cheaper because the price of the GBA media (cartridges) became cheaper. I remember specifically that Nintendo announced this at E32k2 or 2k3. I am guessing that this will happen with DS games eventually as well, or, just as easily, all companies will realize that $30 per unit yields more sales, so they will reduce prices by themselves.

Actually, most of the titles are $30...theres only a few that are $40. If you look at upcoming releases on sites they are listed as $40, but I suspect they just did this to be safe. (so they don't have to charge more if the game turns out to be so expensive). I don't see that many games launching out of the $30-35 range, just like the GBA.
