WTB: Metal Gear Solid 3 Manual - Want Alot

I don't know if anyone has one to spare yet, but, I just opened my new copy of it, and well, the manual has some inperfection to it, and I like my MG games to be MINT.

So, I hope someone here can help me with this one, because I'm kind of pissed.

Any reason why you can't simply just exchange the game at your place of purchase?

I e-mailed Konami. Let's see where that goes.

And for some reason, the bastards at my EB are being dicks about it. I accidently mentioned the cosmetic thing first to the guy, and he said they can't exchange because of that.

Ugh, I tried later with the line, "It was freezing/skipping", but it was the same guy. And he was being a dick.

Maybe I'll try a different EB, but I think my warranty on exchanging already gave out.
