Next Gen article about early Sony

Hey - does anyone have an early Next Gen with an article about Sony Playstation development. I have some low-res scans of parts of the article, but it had things like "The Controller", "The Logo", "Sony: A Company of Firsts". If anyone knows which issue this is, I'd be grateful. If you can give me some high-res scans of it, I would be even more grateful.
