Anyone use a BIGGER stylus with the DS?

I was recently at a local Circuit City where they had the DS on display. The display used a large, almost pen size stylus and was playing First Hunt. I noticed I was able to control the game so much better with the larger stylus! I can't get into the thumb thing...maybe it's because of the strap, and while I play the games fine with the original stylus, I still think I was better with the larger one. Is there anyone using a stylus from something else (PDA) on the DS? I'm assuming they will all work?

Any blunt object intended to be used as a passive touch screen stylus should work fine. But don't try to force it into the stylus storage hole. ;-)

I have fairly small hands myself, so the included stylus is just fine. I can't really get used to the thumb strap thing, mostly because of my hands being smallish. Heh.

I purchased a 3 pack of Belkin metal 2 in 1 (has a ballpoint under the endcap) telescoping styli for $15. The pack in Nintendo stylus is way too small for my hands.

the original one isnt that bad to me, but it is a bit small. i purchased a 3 pack of hip gear brand for $5 cdn. they are slighty bigger and just perfect :)

ALthough there not worth that much, those things tend to fetch a pretty penny. I really want one but not for that price. They are very cool, and just recently shot up in price. I remember not to long ago they were going farely cheap.
