I've never seen that box before....could'nt have been for KMart only.....

The red stripe at the top indicates that it was late in the NES's life -- but original controllers, so the redesigned top loader and the dogbone controllers could'nt have come out yet. Maybe circa 1992-1993?

Perhaps that box is what is rare? If the controllers have never been used they would go for some good money also, since all the original ones have seen heavy use.

I know I have seen regular NES controllers in a box before but I don't know if it was that exact one or not, hard to keep tack of all those controllers you know. x_x

Lately I have found myself looking for "other stuff" more than just normal games/carts/manuals. I am getting into Demo stuff, and have been looking for sealed cleaning kits, controllers, etc... why, hell I dont know :-P

i bought a cleaning kit in the box just because i needed a cleaning kit :)

cleaning kits go for $5 in the box as long as they are not sealed

I have exact same thing brand new never has been opened !!!! it was available at retailers around here ....
